A graduate of St. Peter’s College, Oxford and the Royal Academy of Music, harpist SE33 has vast experience of playing for weddings and other functions. The list of venues where she has played is too numerous to list in its entirety, but includes Buckingham Palace, Spencer House, Kensington Palace, Eltham Palace, Blenheim Palace, Highclere Castle (also know as Downton Abbey!), The Gherkin, Merchant Taylor’s Hall, Coworth Park Hotel, The Langham Hotel, the Carlton Club, etc etc!

Wedding Harpist
This harpist has a large and diverse repertoire, ranging from classical, to jazz and pop, and is always open to learning new pieces should you have any specific requests. Her priority on your big day is YOU, setting the perfect atmosphere to make your day that little bit more special. She has several stunning harps, including a 23-carat gold harp in case you are looking for something with a little bling!

Alongside playing for weddings, she has played with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Concert Orchestra, Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, London Concert Orchestra, English Session Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra of India. She played on the soundtrack for ITV’s live broadcast of The Sound of Music. She appears miming in an orchestra for the latest Mission Impossible film, and was filmed for Google’s ‘Inside Abbey Road’ virtual online tour. She has played on board P&O and Fred Olsen cruise ships, recorded with New College and Christ Church Cathedral Choirs, Oxford and has broadcast live on Classic FM with Her Majesty’s Choir of the Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace, and appears on Howard Goodall’s album Inspired.  She teaches harp at Berkhamsted School and the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music, and coaches for the National Children’s Orchestra. She gives solo concerts for the ‘Bach to Baby’ series as well as for the charity ‘Live Music Now’.

She has recorded for both the Decca and Avie record labels with New College and Christchurch Cathedral Choirs, Oxford, respectively. In December she performed Britten’s Ceremony of Carols for harp and boys choir in Buckingham Palace with Her Majesty’s Choir of the Chapel Royal, which was broadcast on Classic FM on Christmas afternoon. She has also recently appeared with her flute duo partner as guest recital artists on board P&O and Fred Olsen cruise ships. An experienced orchestral player, she was, for several years, the principal harp of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, and of the Oxford University Orchestra. She has performed with many other groups including the City of London Sinfonia, London Soloists Chamber Orchestra, Salomon Orchestra and Minehead Festival Orchestra.
