Customer Review 1

I hired Harpist SE27 for my wedding (17th June 2006) wanting to set an ambience, and she certainly did that she was fantastic.

She played the harp so elegantly and looked beautiful, everyone commented on how outstanding she was.

It made the drinks in the garden before the wedding breakfast most enjoyable.

Please can you say thank you very much, as I didnít have chance to thank her for being there and helping to make the day just wonderful.

Many thanks   Vikki

To Whom It May Concern:

We hired Harpist SE27 to play the harp during the champagne reception at our wedding in September this year. As befits a performer of a gentle art, she glided in almost unnoticed and performed intrusively and without ego, yet at the same time producing such a lovely and unmissable sound that we feel created the perfect atmosphere for our guests. Her repertoire was excellent: although we were invited to make requests when booking her, we left the music choices up to her and were truly justified in doing so.

It was a real pleasure to have her perform on our special day, and we will definitely consider booking her again for another occasion in the future.

Yours faithfully Rebecca & Simon Eyre

Customer Review 3

Iím delighted to write about Harpist SE27. I engaged her to play at my parentsí Golden Wedding Anniversary garden party. Her playing was my surprise present to them, so I was particularly keen that it was memorable and well managed.

She was charming Ė helpful and extremely professional in both her preparations for the function on the day. All my correspondence with her in advance was promptly replied to and on the day of the party she turned up in good time and played for longer than her allocated time. Iím sure playing for a golden wedding garden party isnít the most exciting of engagements, but she could not have judged the atmosphere of the event better, and played a lovely selection of music that really made the day. Many of the guests commented on how wonderful the music was and how pleasant and friendly she was to them. I would agree Ė she was first class and I really enjoyed meeting her. I also appreciated how she played along with the surprise of her arrival and was extremely accommodating regarding getting her harp into the garden Ė not straight forward, even with help!

I would recommend her without reservation. Many thanks Jo

Text version;
Hi there,

Yes, we loved the harpist and the flautist. As you may recall we had asked her to learn to play The Hawaiian Wedding song for the civil ceremony.

This was important as my daughter is a huge Elvis fan ( we actually had an Elvis tribute singer perform during the evening) and she and her husband were off on Honeymoon shortly after to Hawaii, so it all fitted well.

Not only did she learn the song especially but, a few weeks prior to the wedding, my daughter decided that the words were key to the ceremony, so wanted her uncle to sing along. All fine, except he would sing in the key of G and the harpist would play in Dmaj. When we mentioned this, without even being asked, she said she would try to learn it in G, and she did.

It was fab. I think both the harpist and the flautist added so much emotion to the ceremony and we are very grateful to them both for contributing so much to such a special day. They also arrived very promptly, early in fact.

I'm attaching a few photos, taken by a guest, as we've not received the official photographer's ones yet.

Thanks again.  Harriet Barbir
