Harpist SE43
Covering; Essex, Kent, London & Hertfordshire

Being half English and half Turkish this harpist draws on her middle eastern heritage as well as her western studies in classical music to create her own unique style.

She performs with her bright pink electric lever harp which can be amplified to suit any occasion / venue.  The sound can be adjusted from soft background upwards.  The harp offers an alternative to the more classical look you might expect from a harpist.

She studied at the Istanbul University State Conservatory but was already experienced at performing having performed on the stage in musical and operas from a young age.

She has won prizes along the way and performed with a very successful Istanbul based band but relocated to London in 2006.

Based in Essex she is happy to play for any type of event from Corporate, Weddings and beyond.

She will happily discuss all aspects of her performance from something more traditional through to something more of a showpiece if wishing to have a little wow factor and something different.

She has been writing and performing her music for quite a few years now and composes music for short films and animation.  She regularly collaborates with artists, dancers and performance art.  She is an adaptable musician who can play live in all genres including classical, contemporary, experimental, avant garde and pop music scenes.
